If you notice a defect in a product immediately after delivery, please use our returns portal to receive a replacement quickly and easily.
If a defect occurs in a product within 2 years of delivery, please make use of our warranty and contact us by e-mail.

Warranty terms:
The manufacturer, Acme United Europe GmbH, grants a 2-year warranty on the products offered in the online shop www.firstaidonly.de, corresponding to the statutory warranty rights. The period for calculating the warranty term begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of warranty coverage extends throughout Europe.
The warranty covers the absence of defects in the advertised product, including functionality, material defects or manufacturing defects.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Acme United Europe GmbH will, at our discretion, provide one of the following services under this warranty:
- free repair of the goods, or
- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item

- Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by
- normal wear and tear
- improper handling
- failure to observe safety precautions
- use of force (e.g. impacts)
- attempted repairs carried out by the customer
A prerequisite for claiming warranty services is that we, as the guarantor, are given the opportunity to examine the warranty claim (e.g. by sending in the goods). Care must be taken to prevent damage to the goods during transport by using secure packaging. In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. Acme United Europe GmbH will reimburse any shipping costs for the outward shipment.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not restrict your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
