Returns & Complaints

Return of undamaged goods within 30 days

To make returns as simple as possible for you, we have developed a returns portal. There you can register your return and download a return label.


Important notice: Please return the goods to us in their original packaging and unused condition.

Please also note the information regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Right of withdrawal

Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery. Please enter your order number and email address in our portal and follow the steps in the return process.

As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be processed by us within 3 working days and the refund will be initiated immediately afterwards. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take different lengths of time and can take between 1 and 5 working days.

Complaints about defective goods

If you have received a defective or faulty product from us, or if a fault occurs with one of our products at a later date, please contact our customer service team outside of the returns portal by email at kundenservice@firstaidonly.de. We will then arrange a prompt replacement delivery or refund under your 2-year warranty .
