Shipping information

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €3.50 (incl. VAT). For shipping to other delivery countries, we charge €6.99 (incl. VAT) for deliveries up to 5 kg and €9.99 (incl. VAT) for deliveries over 5 kg. Orders with a value of €29 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany. Orders with a value of €99 or more are shipped free of charge worldwide.

Deliveries within Germany are shipped via DHL. Worldwide deliveries are shipped via DHL or GLS.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we dispatch all orders within 24 hours (on working days). Orders shipped to Germany usually take 1–3 working days with DHL. International shipping varies depending on the destination country, but usually takes between 2 and 5 days.

We will inform you of the estimated delivery time for your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation by e-mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment with the carrier.
